I had to have my car towed in because all the transmission fluid leaked out of my car and I could not drive it. It is a 2007 DTS. When I arrived at the dealership, I was taken care of by Michael Beas. He was very courteous and took care of me right away. He wrote up my service order and told me he would call me when they assessed the damage. He called me several hours later and told me what needed to be done. They had my car up and running the next day. He had the courtesy driver come and pick me up to get my car. Thank you for making my service experience a pleasant one. A satisfied customer Elaine Cole

I had a leak in my sunroof & I called them the minute I found out & they told me to just bring it in and they'd set me up with a temporary car until the problem was fixed. I was kept up to date and was very satisfied with the rental. I received my car quickly and didn't have to wait. I appreciate this greatly since I had to take time off work to pick up my car. I was very satisfied with the service. The only thing I would have liked would have been a car wash

My 2013 CtS was dead when I tried to start it. It is only 6 weeks old and has 740 miles. I called roadside service and Jeff came down. He was excellent a d within a few minutes he changed the battery, checked that the car was working and that was that. He was polite and knew his business.

The service writer was extremely helpful. I needed a repair done. I thought it would be a big deal and I was prepared for a large bill. As it turned out it was able to be done simply and the service writer got the part and did it himself in 5 minutes. My invoice totaled $25.00. If he wanted to he could have made it expensive by sending it back to a service man and have me wait for an hour as the people at BMW, which was my previous car, would have done. Thank you for your honesty. What a great dealership, Thank you again. I would even refer you to an enemy to make him a friend. Stanley Gardner
